Rise and Thrive was born from my personal journey through a lot of confusion and reflection. Just two weeks after the birth of my 2nd baby, life dealt me an unexpected heartbreak and I found myself broken, my confidence shattered, and my mindset off course. But from that pain, a spark was ignited—one that led me to rebuild not just myself, but a vision for women everywhere.
I know what it feels like to lose your way, to question your worth, and to feel stuck in a place that no longer serves you. That’s why I’m here. With my background in Psycotherapy and hypnotherapy I can help you reclaim your confidence, rediscover the magic inside you, and realize that you’re not bound to where you are right now—then my purpose is fulfilled.
